Ting Chen
Ting Chen is a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Bendheim Center of Finance in Princeton University. Her research fields are political economy, development and economic history. She is currently interested in a wide range of topics such as the impact of real estate boom on firms’ investment, the favor trading between firms and local officials in China’s primary land market, and the long-term persistent effect of the civil exam system in imperial China. She earned her Ph.D. in Social Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2015.
