Austin M. Strange, Assistant Professor of International Relations, Department of Politics & Public Administration, University of Hong Kong Austin Strange is Assistant Professor of International Relations in the University of Hong Kong’s Department of Politics & Public Administration and is currently a Wilson China Fellow at the Wilson Center and a fellow in the Columbia-Harvard China and the World Program. His research and teaching focuses on China’s past and present roles in the world economy, with an emphasis on China’s relations with developing countries.
