In China, a major agricultural country, approximately 112 million tons of agricultural crops are burned every year, which is roughly four times the world's average. The series of environmental issues, including air pollution, arising from agricultural activities are alarming, particularly the air pollution caused by burning. In this episode, Professor Peng ZHANG from the School of Management and Economics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), leads us to explore the impact of straw burning on cognitive health.
