Xinrui Shi

Xinrui Shi

Xinrui Shi is a researcher and legal specialist at Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center for Land Policy and Urban Development. Her research has focused on real estate finance, planning and public land use law, and property rights in China. She has participated in policy research projects funded by the Development and Research Center of the State Council and International Monetary Fund on Chinese property tax reform and housing finance policy. She has presented her research at international conferences and has been a guest lecturer at Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China. She earned her B.A. at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her JD at Emory University. She is licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
